This is based on a individual basis. The longest product we solely sell on the shop takes 2 hours to print. However, we can have multiple orders at once so this could take longer. We will always keep you updated on the progress of your order.

Yes, we do offer discount codes. These will be sent out to our customers via email. We also offer discount codes to people who have purchased from us through word of mouth (just contact us and we will provide a code).
Currently we do not ship outside the United Kingdom due to shipping costs. However, we are looking into this and will update our customers when we start shipping outside of the UK.
